XRAY driver Daniel Kobbevik attended at the first round of the Norwegian Nats and the host was the club in Bergen. This is the place it rains the most in Norway, so it was expected to be a rain race. But it started out as a rain race, but that ended and grip came slowly up. So the drivers really had some challenges to change tires and setup during the days. The track layout was tight and technical, so a challenge that was going to be fun.
In 4wd Daniel was very fast with his Xray XB4, he dominated during qualification and won all four qualies. Less weather changes today, and it started a little bit slippery in morning, but better and better grip during the day. So after quails was done top three in 4wd was. Nr.1 Daniel Kobbevik with his Hobbywing powered XB4, Nr.2 was Marius Kristensen with his Serpent, nr3 was Adrian Sognestad with his XB4.

First A-main started out with Daniel made mistake on first jump combo and was laying upside down, but was up in lead after 2 laps again. And then pulled away and took a safe win in A1, second was Nikolay Haaheim with his XB4, and third was Marius Kristensen with this Serpent.
A2, better start for Daniel this time, and he pushed away and was never possible to catch for the other drivers. He could just push on lap times and set new track record and fastest lap off the weekend with 22.902. Second this final was Marius Kristensen and third was Torbjorn Doler with his XB4. That ment again after two wins in first mains Daniel was winner in 4wd with his XB4.
A3, Daniel decided to run third Amain also to try make at least one more XB4 on podium, and he pulled away from start, but it was a very messy start and a tough race, but the final ended with the win to Daniel, second Oyster Doler with his AE B64 and third Adrian Sognestad XB4. It was pretty impressive by Oystein to come back after not running the first A-main due to problems, so only had chance to run A2 and A3. |

In 2wd on Saturday Daniel with his XRAY XB2, put a pace that was very fast. And after TQ 3 of four rounds he was Top Qualifier in 2wd. So top three line up for finals was Daniel with his XB2, nr2 was Torbjorn Doler and third Oystein Doler.

First A-main started with Daniel getting away, and the fight for second and third started, it was a lot off changes, but it ended with Daniel took the win, Torbjorn Doler got second and Adrian Sognestad with his Xray XB2 came third.
Second A-main started out the same, Daniel got away with a huge lead, and he kept that until the last lap, then he hit a bump and car was laying on the worst place for almost 19 seconds until the marshals could get it on track again, but still could take the win infront off Oystein Doler, this time Torbjorn Doler came third. And that ment Daniel was the winner in 2wd after 2 finals.
Daniel choosed to run third A-main aswell, and same as in the first two, Daniel pushed away, and the fight for second and third was on. It ended with Team Serpent driver Marius Kristensen came second, and Nikolay Haaheim with his XRAY XB2 came third.

| Amazing job off the club the whole weekend and Norway own "Scotty"/"Church" Niklas Roos! Was just rocking the whole weekend and was super involved with catching all the fights at the track and made the whole weekend supercool! So huge thanks to BMRK Club for bringing him to the race! |
